On a personal note, Jill was born in San Francisco and grew up in Lafayette. She was a 1982 Acalanes High School graduate and a 1986 Concordia University at Irvine graduate with a degree in Elementary Education. Jill met her husband in college and was married to Tom Norris in 1986. Together they have 3 daughters. Jill is involved in her church and her daughters' schools. She loves to spend time with her family, decorate, work on her house, teach staging classes and helping others. She has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and donates to needy families.
